Lot-numbered vials
Each vial label shows the product, strength, lot number and expiry date. The lot number is the key to the vial's history: it links to the production batch, the test results and the storage conditions for that batch.
Independent testing for every batch
Before a lot is released for sale, samples are sent to an independent laboratory to confirm identity and purity. Results are recorded on a certificate of analysis for that lot. A lot that does not meet its specification is not sold.
A certificate of analysis for every lot
You can look up the COA for your vial on our COA lookup page before you order or after it arrives. If you are new to reading COAs, our guide on how to read a certificate of analysis explains each result.
