Research use only
All Chainwell products are sold strictly for laboratory and in vitro research use only. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease in humans or animals.
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes;
- you will not use, supply or resell the products for human or veterinary consumption;
- you are at least 18 years old and have the knowledge to handle research materials safely; and
- you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws on the import, possession and use of research compounds.
We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the products are intended for a use other than research.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the products, not when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the order. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. We take reasonable care to show correct prices, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
We accept payment by PayID and bank transfer. Payment details and your order reference are shown when you place an order and sent to you by email. We dispatch an order once payment is received. Orders that are not paid within 3 days are cancelled.
Shipping and risk
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please check your address carefully, because we cannot redirect parcels once they are with the carrier.
Returns and refunds
