Peptide Nasal Sprays for Sale in Australia
All five sprays share one specification, so the choice comes down to the compound, not the bottle.

Semax Nasal Spray and Selank Nasal Spray
Semax is a seven amino acid analogue of the ACTH 4 to 10 fragment with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail added for stability. It is best known in nasal form because Russia registers it as a medicine in intranasal drops, which is why semax nasal spray draws far more searches than the vial. It is not approved by the TGA.
Selank is a synthetic analogue of tuftsin, a fragment of immunoglobulin G, also developed in Russia and also extended with Pro-Gly-Pro. The two are usually studied side by side, and most labs that order one spray order both.
Melanotan II Nasal Spray and PT-141 Nasal Spray
Melanotan II is a cyclic analogue of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone that acts across several melanocortin receptors. PT-141, also known as bremelanotide, was derived from it. Palatin Technologies originally developed bremelanotide as a nasal spray and halted that programme in 2008 after blood pressure increases were seen; the version the US FDA approved in 2019, Vyleesi, is a subcutaneous autoinjector. That history makes the PT-141 nasal spray a useful format for studies comparing intranasal and injected exposure.
Both compounds sit in our melanocortin research peptides category.
DSIP Nasal Spray
Delta sleep-inducing peptide is a nine amino acid peptide isolated in 1977 by Schoenenberger and Monnier in Basel from the cerebral venous blood of rabbits in electrically induced sleep. We supply it as a 10 mL spray at 1 mg per mL, and as 5 mg and 10 mg vials, in the sleep and longevity range. It is the third bottle in the Spray Research Kit.
Nasal Spray or Vial: Which Format?
| Nasal spray | Lyophilized vial | |
|---|---|---|
| Form | Peptide in solution, ready to use | Freeze-dried powder |
| Preparation | None | Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water |
| Concentration | Fixed at 1 mg per mL | Set by the volume of diluent you add |
| Storage | 2 to 8 °C, protect from light | Minus 20 °C long term; 2 to 8 °C once mixed |
| Shelf life | Shorter, as with any solution | Longer while still dry |
Our recommendation: order the spray only when your research design calls for the intranasal route. For anything else the vial is the better buy, because it keeps longer and lets you set the concentration. Reconstitution is covered in our guide on how to reconstitute peptides.
BPC 157 Nasal Spray: Not Sold
Chainwell Peptide does not sell a BPC 157 nasal spray. BPC-157 is available only as a 10 mg lyophilized vial or 500 mcg capsules. We also do not sell GHK-Cu or Melanotan 1 as sprays. If a spray is not in the table above, it is not a format we supply.
Lab Tested Sprays, Shipped Australia-Wide
Every spray lot is tested by an independent laboratory for identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, and the lot number on the bottle matches its certificate on the COA lookup page. See how we test for more. Orders paid before 3pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day by tracked standard or express post; refrigerate sprays at 2 to 8 °C on arrival. Delivery details are in the shipping policy, and volume orders go through wholesale.
All sprays are supplied for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. None is approved by the TGA, and we do not give dosing advice.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell semax nasal spray in Australia?
+
Yes. Chainwell Peptide sells a Semax nasal spray holding 10 mg of semax in 10 mL of solution, 1 mg per mL. It is also sold as a 10 mg lyophilized vial and as part of the Spray Research Kit. Every lot has a certificate you can check on the COA lookup page.
What is the concentration of the peptide nasal sprays?
+
Every Chainwell Peptide nasal spray, whether Semax, Selank, DSIP, PT-141 or Melanotan II, holds 10 mg of peptide in 10 mL of solution, which is 1 mg per mL. The concentration is fixed; if your work needs a different one, buy the lyophilized vial and reconstitute it.
Do you sell a BPC 157 nasal spray?
+
No. Chainwell Peptide does not sell BPC-157 as a nasal spray. It is available as a 10 mg lyophilized vial and as 500 mcg capsules in a 60-count bottle. The sprays we supply are Semax, Selank, DSIP, PT-141 and Melanotan II.
How should a peptide nasal spray be stored?
+
Keep the bottle in a fridge at 2 to 8 °C from the day it arrives, in its box and away from light, and follow the expiry on the label. A peptide in solution is less stable than freeze-dried powder, so a spray will not keep as long as an unopened vial.
