Track with Australia Post
If you already have a tracking number from your dispatch email, you can check it directly with the carrier.
What each status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | Your order is reserved. Pay by PayID or bank transfer using your order number as the reference. |
| Payment received | We have matched your payment and are preparing your order. |
| Packed | Your vials are packed securely for posting. |
| Dispatched | Your parcel is with Australia Post. A tracking number has been emailed to you. |
| Delivered | The carrier has delivered your parcel. Refrigerate the vials on arrival. |
