CJC-1295 with DAC vs without DAC

CJC-1295 is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue, and the version you choose changes how long it stays active.

What the DAC does

The DAC (drug affinity complex) lets CJC-1295 bind to albumin, which extends its half-life to roughly 6 to 8 days. Without DAC, the peptide is Modified GRF (1-29), a GHRH analogue with four amino acid substitutions, and its half-life is about 30 minutes.

Which to choose

Pulsatile release studies usually call for No DAC; sustained elevation studies call for DAC.

Pairing with ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist and the GHRP most often paired with CJC-1295 No DAC. Our CJC-1295 and ipamorelin blend combines them in one 10 mg vial.
