What Is KLOW Peptide?
KLOW is a pre-mixed research blend of four peptides lyophilized together in one vial: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. It is sold as the KLOW blend, the KLOW stack or KLOW 80, after its usual 80mg fill. The name is generally read as GLOW with a K added for KPV, which is the one component that separates the two blends.
The point of KLOW is breadth. Each of the four compounds has its own research record in tissue repair, and the blend lets a protocol that already uses all four run from one vial, one reconstitution and one certificate of analysis.
What Is in the KLOW Blend?
| Component | What it is | Main research area |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | Copper-binding tripeptide (glycine, histidine, lysine), first identified in human plasma | Collagen synthesis, tissue remodelling |
| KPV | Tripeptide (lysine, proline, valine), the C-terminal end of alpha-MSH | Inflammation, particularly in the gut |
| BPC-157 | 15 amino acid peptide from a protein in human gastric juice | Tendon, gut and soft tissue repair |
| TB-500 | Synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4 | Actin regulation, cell migration, angiogenesis |
KPV is the least familiar of the four. It is the final three amino acids of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH), and research interest centres on its anti-inflammatory activity; a 2008 study in Gastroenterology reported that KPV reduced intestinal inflammation in mouse models of colitis. The other three components have their own pages linked in the table.
KLOW 80mg Vial
The Chainwell Peptide KLOW 80mg vial holds 80mg of combined peptide in a 3 mL clear glass vial with a rubber stopper and blue flip-off cap. The label lists all four components under the KLOW name, with the fill, lot number and expiry, so the contents of the vial are never in doubt once it leaves its carton.
Is KLOW peptide blue? Yes. GHK-Cu carries a copper ion that turns the powder, and the reconstituted solution, blue. A blue cake is exactly what a genuine KLOW vial should show. A white cake in a vial sold as KLOW suggests the GHK-Cu is missing or has not been complexed with copper, and it is worth checking before you use it.
KLOW vs GLOW Peptide: The Difference
GLOW peptide is a three-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500; ours is GLOW 70, a 70mg vial. KLOW contains the same three and adds KPV. That single addition is the whole difference between GLOW and KLOW: choose KLOW when your protocol includes KPV's anti-inflammatory activity alongside the repair peptides, and a three-component blend when it does not.
Blend ratios vary between suppliers under both names, so compare the label and the certificate of analysis rather than the name alone.
KLOW Stack or Separate Vials?
Our recommendation is the same for every blend we sell. Order the KLOW stack when your protocol already uses all four peptides together at a fixed ratio. It saves three vials, three reconstitutions and three lot numbers compared with buying each compound on its own.
If your work needs to adjust one peptide without the others, or measure each compound's effect separately, buy single vials of GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 instead. Once four peptides share a vial, the ratio cannot be changed. For just the two repair peptides, the BPC-157 and TB-500 Blend is the simpler option.
Reconstituting KLOW 80mg
To reconstitute KLOW, let the vial reach room temperature, wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab, and add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall with a U-100 insulin syringe. Swirl gently until the powder dissolves into a clear blue solution. Do not shake it.
Because KLOW 80 carries more peptide than most vials, the concentration climbs quickly: 2 mL of water gives 40mg of combined peptide per mL, and 3 mL gives about 26.7mg per mL. Our peptide reconstitution guide and calculator works out any other volume. Keep the reconstituted vial at 2 to 8 °C, protected from light, and use it within 28 days.
Lab-Tested KLOW With a COA for Every Lot
A four-peptide blend is harder to verify than a single compound, because the report needs to confirm every component is present. Every Chainwell Peptide KLOW lot is sent to an independent laboratory before release and tested for identity and purity, and a lot that does not meet specification is not sold. The lot number on your vial links it to its report on our COA lookup page. Our guide on how to read a certificate of analysis explains each result.
Buy KLOW Peptide in Australia
Chainwell Peptide supplies KLOW peptide in Australia to laboratories, universities and independent researchers, packed and dispatched from within Australia. The best place to buy KLOW peptide is a supplier who shows you what is in the vial: before you buy, check that the listing names all four components and the fill, that the vial carries a lot number, and that the certificate for that lot is available before you pay.

Storing KLOW Peptide
Unopened KLOW keeps longest frozen at minus 20 °C in its carton, away from light, or at 2 to 8 °C for work planned within a few weeks. Once reconstituted, refrigerate the vial and use it within 28 days. A solution that turns cloudy or loses its blue colour should not be used. Our peptide storage guide covers handling in more detail.
Research Use Only
None of the four peptides in KLOW is approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration for any therapeutic use. Chainwell Peptide sells KLOW strictly for laboratory and in vitro research. It is not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide dosing advice. Two of its components, BPC-157 and TB-500, are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. By ordering you agree to our terms and conditions and research use only statement.

KLOW FAQ
What is KLOW peptide?
+
KLOW is a research blend of four peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. It is usually sold as KLOW 80, after its 80mg fill, and is used in tissue repair research where a protocol calls for all four compounds together. Chainwell Peptide supplies it as a lyophilized vial.
What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?
+
GLOW is a three-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500; Chainwell Peptide supplies it as a 70mg vial. KLOW contains the same three peptides plus KPV, an anti-inflammatory tripeptide from alpha-MSH, in an 80mg vial. Ratios vary between suppliers, so compare the label and certificate, not just the name.
Is KLOW peptide blue?
+
Yes. KLOW contains GHK-Cu, a peptide bound to a copper ion, and the copper turns both the powder and the reconstituted solution blue. A blue cake is normal for KLOW. A white cake in a vial sold as KLOW suggests the GHK-Cu is missing and is worth checking against the certificate.
How do you reconstitute KLOW 80mg?
+
Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until the solution is clear and blue, without shaking. 2 mL gives 40mg of combined peptide per mL. Store the reconstituted vial at 2 to 8 °C, protected from light, and use it within 28 days.
Should I buy the KLOW stack or separate vials?
+
Buy the KLOW stack when your protocol already uses GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 together at a fixed ratio, since it means one vial and one certificate. Buy separate vials when you need to adjust or measure one peptide on its own, because a blend cannot be split once mixed.
Where can I buy KLOW peptide in Australia?
+
You can buy KLOW peptide in Australia from Chainwell Peptide as an 80mg lyophilized vial. Every lot carries a lot number matched to an independent certificate of analysis, and orders paid before 3pm on a business day ship the same day by standard or express post.
